Conference objectives

There is an increased need for R&D projects, international co-operation and networking, co-ordination of the national and European research activities in present and future Framework Programmes especially in the New Member States (NMS), the Associated Candidate Countries (ACC) and the Newly Independent States (NIS).


ATVN-EU-GP Conference will give an unique opportunity to see presentations of the best practice projects (with participation of NMS, ACC and NIS) funded by EU, to exchange new scientific ideas in selected IST areas and to meet future partners of the projects. It is important step in preparation for future international co-operation and participation of organizations from NMS, ACC and NIS in the European projects.


Presentations categories

There will be two main categories of presentations: presentations of the best projects and paper presentations.


Conference open contest for four best projects

The goal of the Conference is to promote the best practices projects. During the Conference at least 12 pre-selected projects will be presented. Pre-selection will be made within the competition of the "Best Practice Projects". Four the best projects will be selected in conference open contest. The best projects will be prize-winning by production the audio/video programs, which will be shown by www.atvn.pl, and placed on the multimedia on-demand library as a beginning of the archive showcases the best of good practices projects from EU.


Presentations of papers in selected IST areas

The conference will be also forum for presentation of papers in selected IST areas. Contributions are invited in the following areas:

  • e-learning
  • e-business
  • e-government
  • e-health


Language

English.


Conference Fees

There is no conference fee.
